Advocacy – The Community Route
Whitlock supports the local communities in which we operate. These efforts are an extension of our company culture, one that stresses Valuing Others and Personal Growth. It’s another avenue that our employees use to be advocates, and who better to benefit than the communities that bring a sense of belonging and comfort to us and our families.
We recognize the significant contributions of our colleagues’ efforts, which span from the Mid-Atlantic throughout the Southeast. We encourage all of our employees to support others, whether it in their own neighborhoods or on the other side of the world. The amazing thing about giving is that it not only changes your life, but it has the power to change others' as well. Giving can be time or money. It can mean helping a friend or someone you've never even met, but however you give, you're doing something good for someone else, and that's the important thing.
