The development of Educational Support Services (ESS) is a result of inquiries from our clients. It was designed (in collaboration with our clients) to combat the degradation of the use and value of their HP software investment.
The service combines on-site, personalized training with off-site support. The service has been designed to fully leverage the talent within IT, and it is priced to be a cost-effective alternative to adding more personnel.

When you purchase ESS what do you receive?
- A senior HP-certified Software Engineer (SE) on-site each month
- A Distribution List to send your questions and have them received by your designated SE and all other SEs within Whitlock
- Agreed upon Service Level Objectives (SLOs)
- An Issues Report submitted each month detailing work performed in support of your specific objectives
