Andrew Brümmer

Andrew Brummer, Vice President, IT Processes

Andrew Brümmer is a certified ITIL Service Manager who has participated in Process automation and efficiency activities for the past 14 years.  He has been exposed to business process definition and automation, data warehousing, help desk staffing and management, managed service provider services, service delivery and service support initiatives.  Andrew has lead and participated in the delivery of programs, projects and point to point solutions covering technology enablement and operational efficiency covering the medical, retail, financial, healthcare and government verticals.

Prior to joining Whitlock, Andrew led the Pepperweed IT Service Management practice.  In this role he was responsible for defining solutions, delivering and assessing the readiness of organization to embrace ITSM concepts, managed, lead, coached and mentored several consultants, and assisted in the strategic direction and enablement of the sales, pre-sales and delivery forces.  Andrew also led the development and creation of several internal solutions that were used in the enablement of several client centric solutions and services.

Mr. Brümmer has run his own organization in South Africa, specializing around IT and Operational Service Management concepts, to date being directly involved with some 30 Improvement projects and programs and is a thought leader in the US ITSM industry.

Paul Almany
Vice President, IT Technologies

Paul Almany, Vice President, IT Technologies

Paul Almany, co-founder of Whitlock, has over 20 years experience in the application of technology to both enterprise and service provider environments. He served in development, support, operations, engineering and management roles for organizations, including; Nixdorf/Siemens, Hunton & Williams, Network Solutions/SAIC, Bank of America and Fore Systems.   As Vice President of Technology at Whitlock, Paul leads the Technology Consulting group and works with the management team to define strategic and tactical initiatives for the company.

Prior to co-founding Whitlock, Paul led the Fore Systems/Marconi Southern Region systems engineering organization. In this role he was responsible for design and support of mission critical carrier and large enterprise multi-service network infrastructures.

Mr. Almany received his B.S. and M.S. in Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University. His graduate studies focused on information engineering and have included knowledge management, process re-engineering, data re-engineering and data warehousing.

Jennifer McQueeney
Vice President, Project Management Office

Jennifer McQueeney, Vice President, Project Management Office

Jennifer McQueeney has over 15 years experience as an Information Technology Program Manager. As Vice President of Whitlock’s Project Management Office, she is responsible for ensuring that all clients' projects are consistently managed to exceed client expectations. In addition to her client-focused role, Jen also has operational responsibility for the allocation of Whitlock resources.

Previously, Ms. McQueeney was an Infrastructure Manager for the IT department of a global insurance company, Old Mutual Financial Network. In addition to managing new IT initiatives through in-house resources or consultants, she was responsible for their first and second level help desk support, technology business analysts, and end users' desktop experience. Prior to Old Mutual Financial Network, Ms. McQueeney was a Program Manager and Consultant for esävio Services Corporation, Coleman-Martin, IBM Consulting Group, and Andersen Consulting.

Ms. McQueeney received her Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University. She also received a Master's Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University.

Steven Nickle
Chief Technology Officer

Steven Nickle, Chief Technology Officer

Steven Nickle has twenty years of experience in the IT industry with a particular focus on network design, perimeter security, systems integration, enterprise management, and business development. As the Chief Technology Officer at Whitlock, Steve is responsible for driving the technological development of Whitlock’s business and helping apply that to solve customer needs.

Prior to joining Whitlock, Mr. Nickle was employed as Chief Engineer by both Coleman-Martin and esävio Services Corporation. As Chief Engineer he provided technical oversight for the engineers in the Mid-Atlantic region, all the while working to define corporate wide practices and ensuring the best possible results for clients. Prior to Coleman-Martin and esävio, Steve was a Systems Engineer for the Apex Group and American Connections International, specializing in Enterprise Network Design.

Ann Ashley
Vice President, Marketing and Corporate Relations

Ann Ashley, Vice President, Marketing and Corporate Relations

Ann Ashley has over 15 years of Marketing and Corporate Relations experience in the Information Technology Industry. As Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Relations for Whitlock, Ann is responsible for planning, coordinating and executing all aspects of marketing and communications for Whitlock’s partner and corporate marketing initiatives.

Prior to joining Whitlock, Ms. Ashley was the Director of Marketing and Alliance Partner Programs for esävio Services Corporation. In this role, she strategically positioned partner products and esävio’s services to existing and potential customers, as well as constructing results oriented campaigns for esävio’s East Coast marketing objectives. Prior to her employment at esävio, she held marketing and project management positions with Coleman-Martin, DIGEX, and Telespectrum Worldwide.

Ms. Ashley holds a B.A. from Sweet Briar College, in Amherst, Virginia.

Jeff Jamieson
Vice President, Sales

Jeff Jamieson, Vice President, Sales

Jeff Jamieson, co-founder of Whitlock, is a seasoned senior executive with over 15 years experience creating and managing profitable, industry-recognized, high tech professional services companies. Jeff is currently responsible for sales, spearheads the HP partnership, and works with several strategic accounts in the Mid-Atlantic.

Prior to Whitlock, Mr. Jamieson was Vice President of Sales for esävio Services Corporation and Coleman-Martin. Jeff successfully led Coleman-Martin through exponential growth becoming the largest and most successful enterprise HP reseller in the Mid-Atlantic. Jeff began his career in IT with The Apex Group. As one of the first employees of the company, he established a new business unit, Global Alliances, which delivered technology roll-outs as a sub-contractor to HP.

Mr. Jamieson has an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering technology from Capitol Institute of Technology and a graduate degree in business from Johns Hopkins University.

Don Bafford
President

Don Bafford, President

Don Bafford, co-founder of Whitlock, has 20 years of experience in the information Technology industry, including sales, sales management, and professional services delivery management. As President of Whitlock, Don oversees all company operations, and working closely with the management team, defines the strategic and tactical initiatives for the company. 

Preceding his tenure at Whitlock, Mr. Bafford held successive roles as: Director of the Infrastructure Engineering Group at Whitlock eBusiness Solutions; Managing Director for the esävio Services Corporation, where he led sales, marketing, and delivery in the mid-Atlantic region; and founding partner and Vice President of Professional Services for Coleman-Martin, LLC.

Mr. Bafford holds degrees in Economics and Management Science from Duke University.
