Service Level Management: The presentation is a sneak preview of a Fusion 2008 presentation! 

It will cover factors to consider when your organization is ready to begin implementing service level agreements as well as how to negotiate, build, maintain and report on the SLAs. The primary focus of the presentation will be on the elements to be included in the agreement and why they are important. The individual components and the part they play will be discussed in detail. In addition, we will discuss post implementation monitoring, reporting and improving.
