We are continuing to develop new ways to service our clients—to expand our ability to be advocates for IT. We have the pleasure of announcing, new in 2009, expanded partnerships and contemporary offerings that will deliver ground-breaking innovation and success to our clients.
Our objective when we began this initiative in mid-2008 was to find outstanding innovation from outstanding companies—innovation that deployed quickly, was easy to use and support, and offered a low cost of ownership. We succeeded.
These new offerings will deliver industry leading ITSM solutions to mid-market companies. In the past, the functionality provided by these solutions may not have been available to the mid-market at a reasonable cost. Now, infrastructure management, service management, and application performance management is available for the emerging enterprise at a price appropriate to their needs and resources.
After eight months of evaluation, testing, training and alliance building, we are very pleased to represent the innovative technologies of Science Logic, Tevron and ICCM. Separately, the products from these companies help IT deliver its promise of operational efficiency and exemplary service. Together, via integrations developed by Whitlock, they deliver true IT Service Management (including Business Service Management).
